Miloš Živković built the eBZR (EBZR) mobile application as a free companion app for the eBZR web system. This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page informs visitors and users about policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those who use the Service.
If you choose to use the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Personal information is used to provide and improve the Service. It will not be used or shared except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions for the eBZR service (where published by your organization or the service operator), unless otherwise defined here.
For the app to function, you connect it to an eBZR server URL (configured in the app or provided by your organization). The app may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:
Unlike a purely offline app, business data you enter is transmitted to and stored on the server you connect to (typically your employer’s or provider’s eBZR instance), under the control of that deployment’s operator, not in the public app store listing.
The app runs on Android and may rely on components provided by Google and other vendors on your device. Third-party services may collect information used to identify you or your device according to their own policies.

Note: The current eBZR Android build distributed from this project does not integrate Google AdMob or Firebase Analytics as application SDKs; if that changes in a future release, this policy will be updated and the list above expanded.
Whenever you use the Service, in case of an error in the app, data and information may be collected (including through third-party products on your device) called Log Data. Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. Your eBZR server or network infrastructure may also log similar technical data.
Cookies are small data files commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. They are sent to your browser from websites you visit and stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use cookies in the classic browser sense inside native screens. However, the app may embed web-based components or third-party libraries that use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services. Where such content is shown, your choices may follow the hosting provider’s rules.
We may rely on third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
Users should be aware that these third parties may process information to perform tasks assigned to them. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose beyond those tasks.
We value your trust in providing Personal Information and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. External sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of those websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision.
If you have any questions or suggestions about this Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact the operator of your eBZR deployment or the organization that issued your account.
